What We Do
From a single new window to replacing a failing well, we handle the whole job — start to finish.
A full install from setup and excavation to finish: concrete cutting, framing, window set, well placement, backfill, and cleanup. Most jobs are completed in a day.
window wells are made of white powder coated galvanized steel. Bolted and anchored to the foundation. Then inside of the well on the ground we lay decorative mulch — built to handle heavy Colorado winters.
Rusted, collapsing, or undersized well? We replace it cleanly with a properly sized, code-compliant unit.
Well-fit clear polycarbonate covers that keep debris, water, and pests out while still letting light through.
With precision. We use our hydraulic concrete saws for new egress window openings — clean cuts with minimal disruption.

Most installations range from $3,000 to $6,500 depending on excavation depth, foundation type, number of windows, and location. Window well covers, ladders, dirt haul / relocation, and interior demo trim are additional. We give you quote on the spot with no obligation. And you are more than free to add-on if you’d like.

An egress window is a large basement window that meets code as an emergency exit. Colorado requires one in any basement bedroom. Without it, that room isn't legally a bedroom — which affects your home value and insurance coverage.
We minimize any mess as much as possible. Rather if your basement is finished or unfinished, we use a vacuum and plastic wrap to prepare a screen to suck and catch the water from the hydraulic saws we use. We also sweep any dirt, lay down towels, and if you have carpet on the interior we will pull that back to ensure it does not get stained or ruined.

Yes. Colorado building code requires an egress window (or door) in any basement sleeping room for emergency escape. Without one, that room doesn't legally count as a bedroom — which can affect appraisals, resale, and insurance.
In most cases, yes. We cut openings in poured concrete, concrete block, cinder block, and brick foundations with hydraulic concrete saws. At the free estimate we check your foundation thickness to confirm the best planned out approach.
